From here we went through all initial consultation, planning & building contol, dealt with structual engineers, an NIC/EIC registered electrician and a corgi registered subcontractors. We installed a Basement Tanking system, finished and decorated to Federation of Master Builders exacting standards, built a new staircase and finally had local building control officers inspect an sign-off on the work. All of which was done to a higher specification than expected and with as minimal time required from the clients as possible.
