I wanted to say how pleased I am that we took our time finding the right company to do the work at Aberdeen Terrace. As I mentioned to you, I saw lots of companies from small to quite well known big contractors and the only company which really impressed was yours.
I'm very pleased that first impression has been followed through, in the attitude to and quality of work. Without exception everyone who has been working at Aberdeen Terrace clearly works hard. They are good with Jack, good with my mum and my mother in law and generally a pleasure to have around. They are respectful of the house and of me and that has rarely been my experience of builders.
I know we still have a little way to go before the job is finished but on current form I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Igloo.

I can confirm that Igloo Extensions have done some extensive renovations for us on our listed property. I have found them to be very reliable. We are both very pleased with the quality of work that they have completed. We have found their staff to be courteous and considerate, particularly working while we have been living here with young children and a dog. Throughout the process we have had regular contact with the project manager, Duncan, and have found him to open and supportive during what has been a complicated job for them and a difficult time for us.
I can safely say that we would highly recommend them to yourselves and also, as I have done, to anybody considering employing a contractor for property renovations, particularly if a listed building is involved.
