Igloo Renovations Ltd is a Kent based building company specialising in restoration and modernisation of period and listed properties and in conservation areas. Igloo has a build policy of using reclaimed, re-cycled and renewable materials wherever possible. We apply a “repair rather than replace” approach combined with a waste management programme to reduce the impact of the building industry on the environment.
We are able to offer building advice on a number of projects ranging from kitchens and bathrooms, which can revitalise a home, loft and basement conversions which are particularly cost effective in raising property value, extensions being a good way to increase living space right through to barn and oast conversions.

Igloo Renovations will be at The Home Building & Renovating Show on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June at Sandown Park Racecourse, in Esher, Surrey from 10am until 4.30pm. Duncan and the team will give demonstrations and present examples of recent works as well as answering the many questions that arise from owners of period and listed homes.
